In-Depth Review
Apple's second-generation AirPods Pro take everything that made the original great and turn it up significantly. The H2 chip delivers a leap in both noise cancellation performance and Adaptive Audio — Apple's hybrid mode that seamlessly blends ANC and transparency.
For iPhone and Mac users, the integration is unmatched. Automatic device switching is instant and reliable. Spatial Audio with head tracking creates an immersive experience for Apple TV+ and compatible streaming content.
Noise cancellation is excellent — not quite at Sony WH-1000XM5 levels since these are in-ear buds rather than over-ear cups, but best-in-class for the form factor. The Adaptive Audio mode is genuinely intelligent, pulling in ambient sound when you're speaking to someone and ramping up ANC when you're just walking.
Battery is 6 hours per charge, 30 hours total with the MagSafe charging case.
